Kick off the May gardening season with our Spring Open House on Saturday, May 4. The event starts at 10 am and runs until 2 pm.
At 10 am, our food truck, Moulton's Hay Wagon, will celebrate opening for the season. Come and sample items from this year’s seasonally inspired menu.
You will also have the opportunity to sample food from our farm kitchen and farm bakery, and meet several of the small businesses we partner with and sample their items.
At 10:30, we're having a hands-on container gardening workshop. During the workshop, you can create a container garden or planter to take home. The workshop costs $30, and pre-registration is required. Find out more about the workshop and register by clicking here or by calling us.
At 1 pm, there will be a free guided walking tour of our farm, allowing you to see how we grow plants for our garden center and food for our farm market. It's also an opportunity to see some of the changes we have made to adapt to New Hampshire's challenging weather conditions.
A Coast of Maine Organic Soils representative will be in our garden center from 11 am to 2 pm to answer questions about the company's products. Find out which of Coast of Maine's soils and organic soil amendments can help with different plants and growing conditions.
