Jeff's Farm Update: Workshops, Easter foods, and what we're now harvesting

As the grip of winter slowly loosens, it has been wonderful to see our customers' smiling faces during our limited farm market hours these past few weeks. It's always a pleasure to catch up and discuss the upcoming season.
Starting March 26th, we will be open daily from 8 AM to 5 PM, except we will be closed on Easter Sunday.
That reminds me! We are now taking orders for your Easter celebration, including smoked hams, pies, breads, salads, and more. See our Easter order form for details. March 27 is the last day to place orders with us for a smoked ham from Fox Country Smokehouse. Easter plants and other spring flowers will soon be in our farm market.
In our greenhouses, things are waking up! We started our first tomato planting in late January, and after transplanting them into their final home in our hydroponic tomato house earlier this month, they are already two feet tall.  Even better, we began harvesting our salad mix this week and expect an ample supply moving forward. Â

We have some new things planned for this season, alongside popular favorites, so stay tuned. Don't miss John's free gardening workshop series! He has a wealth of knowledge and loves to "talk plants," so be sure to reserve your spot soon, as space is limited. Visit our events page for details and keep checking back.  We’ll be announcing additional workshops in the coming weeks.
Another highly anticipated event is our Spring Open House on May 2nd. This day features sampling from our kitchen and bakery, both free and paid workshops, and a variety of our valued local vendors. Watch for details!
While many of our staff from last year are returning, we are currently looking to hire a few more team members. Email us at info@MoultonFarm.com or click here for an easy to fill out form.
We're looking forward to seeing you!
