Jeff's Update: Changes at our farm market...

As with anything that happens at the farm, there is a story behind the changes in our farm market that so many of you have commented on. Simply put, we keep finding new foods or preparing new recipes that we think you will enjoy.

Jenn, our ordering guru, spent time this winter tasting and reviewing many local products. This endeavor took her to the NH Made Expo, a VT food show in Vermont, as well as trips to several small producers in our area.

She made some great choices and her new finds are arriving daily. These include Four Star Farms’ locally grown and milled flours, smooth caramel from Fat Toad Farm’s goat milk, Valicenti Farm’s pasta and sauces, Homemade Specialty soups and no-cook pasta salads, as well as Cucina Aurora’s infused oils and risotto mixes.

Jonathan and Kali, our farm chefs, have been busy too. Despite being thousands of miles apart this winter, they were thinking up new recipes to expand what we prepare for you in our farm kitchen.

They have perfected our turkey and chicken pot pies and are putting the finishing touches on some other items that we eagerly look forward to having in our farm market. Be sure to try some of these at our upcoming open house

With all of these new items, we needed more space. Those of us who weren’t searching for or developing new products spent time moving things around, getting a few more coolers and figuring out how to make your visits even more enjoyable.

Come visit us and enjoy our new items as well as your old favorites!
