Our Bakery Staff

Jonathon Diola, Lead Baker and Prepared Food Chef: Culinary Certificate Program under City and Guilds of London Institute. Has worked in fine establishments in NH (Mt. Washington Hotel and Resort, Lemongrass Restaurant) and Maine (York Harbor Inn and Bread & Roses Bakery).

Tricia Lutkus is a lead baker at the bakery at Moulton Farm and is looking forward to bringing traditional baked goods as well as new ideas to Moultons. Tricia's education includes being a Graduate of Johnson & Wales University, AOS Baking/Pastry Providence, RI and 25 Yrs. experience in Baking & Pastry. Job experience: H.S.  Baking Instructor, Pastry Chef at LeMeredian - Boston, Harts Turkey Farm, Winnipesaukee Baygulls, Bakery Dept of a local supermarket.

Ranae Ludwick has been a member of Moulton Farm staff for 10 Years, starting when she was 14.  She was taught how to bake from her Aunt and her many years of experience in Moulton's Bakery.  She just graduated College with a degree as a nurses aid and is looking forward to another great year at Moulton's.
